The primary goal of the proposed upgrade is to enhance the aesthetic and functional requirements of
the existing buildings, and its assets. The design criteria has focused on inviting customers and
tenants to a property that is safe, accessible and provides a landmark for the entire neighbourhood
with specific visibility on the main road.
The design of the various buildings and its facilities required a multi-disciplinary approach and
coordination among the professionals appointed on the project, with the guidance of the Engen brand
requirements.
We, the professional team, consulted Engen brand consultants who are trained at meeting the engen
requirements, in order to design the proposed engen retail upgrade.
The design of the Engen brand retail facade and the engen interiors required effective communication
between the professionals and the Engen brand, beginning at the concept design stage of the project
until completion.
We took a balanced approach to traffic flow, pedestrian movement and retail while considering cost
effectiveness, and recognizing that the buildings should be a fortress-like structure for security
purposes. At the same time, the property remains accessible, attractive, and representative of the
Engen brand and the diverse clientele that will benefit from this upgrade.
